Summary: The stay for our family of 6 adults, and 5 grandchildren at Casa Azul was wonderful!the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and so well equipped; especially as we were traveling from MN and northern VA. The Four Seasons Community adds such amenities as fitness equipment, playground, pools, and lifeguarded beach. It is quite convenient to both the town of Duck, and the beach. We were especially impressed by the Owner, Lynn, who was so responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had both prior to, and during our stay. Our Grands and kids especially enjoyed both the backyard pool, and the beach, and all the toys, beach equipment that come with the house. High grades all around!

Summary: We couldn’t have stayed at a better home in Duck! The communication with Lynn was amazing and check-in went smoothly. The location is perfect with the walkway to the community center and the beach being right behind the home. So much is provided to make packing light ( from beach chairs to k-cups for coffee!!)! We were so happy that we rebooked for next year before we left! It was obvious that the homeowners were previous renters and knew all the things to include to make it a fabulous rental property!

Summary: We had a wonderful visit at Casa Azul. The description doesn't lie! The house is stocked with all the amenities you will need -- shampoo/conditioner/body wash; dishwashing pods; washing machine pods, shout, dryer sheets; all the paper towels, ziploc bags, aluminum foil etc. that you could need and would pack but for this nice homeowner providing them. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well! We really enjoyed having a charcoal grill, a very clean, functioning hot tub, and a quick walk to the beach and the shops. Like I say, EVERYTHING is as described by the VRBO listing. You can't go wrong with renting this place! We will be back!

Summary: There were 12 of us, ages ranging from 3 through 70, which included 4 children. We had ample room for everyone, also each family's pup. The home was SO WELL equipped! You can really just take your clothes and pick up the groceries you need at the nearby store. Lynn was amazing in her communication and kindness. To sum up in my 9 year old granddaughter's words - it was AWSOME! Thank you Lynn!

Summary: Hosted a meeting of Mensans for Nov 8-10. Had SUCH a delightful time! Plenty of room to gather or hermit, as needed- walk to the beach was a great way to stretch our legs.
